Set your 24-Hour Squat Challenge!

Beginners Goal: 120 Squats

Complete 24 squats in 24 hours over 5 days and achieve an amazing 120 squats. A great way to stay active and perfect for beginners.

Intermediate Goal: 240 Squats

Step it up by doubling your daily number of squats. 48 squats in 24 hours over 5 days, totalling 240 squats. Ideal to build up your strength.

Advanced Goal: 480 Squats

This goal is for those ready to test their limit. Do 96 squats in 24 hours over 5 days and achieve an amazing 480 squats.
