How does the 24-Hour Squat Challenge work?
add remove

From March 24th – 28th, you have 5 days to do a minimum of 24 squats in 24 hours each day. If you can, don’t stop there and try to complete as many squats as possible in 24 hours.

If you have limited mobility consider doing an alternative squat like a Chair or Sumo Squat.

Post an update of the squats completed each day to your fundraising page each day.

I can’t perform the perfect squat?

If you can’t perform the perfect squat, don’t worry.

To perform the perfect squat, you should be able to sit deeply, showing a full range of motion to get your thighs parallel to the ground. But for some people, that is not always possible.

We recommend doing a Chair or a Sumo Squat.

How will the money I raise help people with epilepsy?

By taking on our 24-hours Squat Challenge, you will help us to raise vital funds for people who live with Epilepsy every day.

With the support of people like you, we can continue to provide critical services and supports to people and families living with epilepsy. You are helping achieve a vision of a world where no person’s life is limited by epilepsy.

Your support ensures that people with epilepsy and their families receive the information, advice, and support they need through a network of 11 Community Resource Officers. You ensure public awareness of epilepsy is improved and stigma and misunderstanding is alleviated. You are helping fund vital research projects to find new ways to manage and treat epilepsy and reduce its impact on people’s lives.
