This September, I'm walking and raising funds to support people living with epilepsy, and their families.
Epilepsy is characterised by seizures caused by bursts of electrical energy in the brain. But the way this affects each person is unique. With your help, Epilepsy Ireland can provide support tailored to the needs of each person and family living with epilepsy.
Your support will ensure that people with epilepsy and their families receive the information, advice, and support they need through a network of Community Resource Officers. You will ensure public awareness of epilepsy is improved and stigma and misunderstanding is alleviated. You will help fund vital research projects to find new ways to manage and treat epilepsy and reduce its impact on people’s lives.
I hope you can help me by making a donation. Simply click the Donate button. All donations are processed securely and are received directly by Epilepsy Ireland.

60 miles, one step at a time
Wednesday 2nd SepSeptember has arrived, and I’m officially taking on a new challenge!
This month, I’m walking 60 miles to raise money for Epilepsy Ireland, supporting people living with epilepsy and their families.
I enjoy setting myself fitness challenges, but this one feels even more meaningful because every mile I walk is helping raise awareness and funds for an important cause.
I’m sure there will be days when my legs are tired, the weather decides to test me, and I wonder why I signed up for 60 miles in the first place 😂. But I’m determined to keep going, one step at a time!
I’ll be sharing updates throughout September as I work towards my 60-mile goal and my €250 fundraising target.
If you’d like to support me, every donation, no matter how small, would mean so much. 💜
