💜 Epilepsy Awareness Walk – March 💜
Sunday 22nd FebThis March, I’m committing to walking at least 30 miles to raise awareness for epilepsy — a condition that has personally impacted my life.
When I was diagnosed, I realised there isn’t always enough information or support available after you’re told you have epilepsy. It can feel overwhelming and isolating.
In Ireland, over 45,000 people are living with epilepsy, and 1 in 20 people will experience a seizure at some point. Yet awareness and understanding still need to improve.
